Report types and trader groups

Choose the classification that answers your question. Tradingster displays Futures Only reports in three families:

• Legacy: a broad Commercial/Noncommercial breakdown, with Nonreportable positions.
• Disaggregated: Producers/Merchants, Swap Dealers, Managed Money, Other Reportables and Nonreportable positions for physical commodity markets.
• Financial/TFF: Dealers/Intermediaries, Asset Managers/Institutional, Leveraged Funds, Other Reportables and Nonreportable positions for financial futures.

The CFTC also publishes Supplemental reports identifying Index Traders in selected agricultural markets. That does not mean Tradingster offers a Supplemental report view.

Keep the contract, report family and date the same when comparing groups. These families overlap; they are different classifications, not independent confirmations of a price forecast.
